My Story

My life changed completely when I became a mother—twice in two years. Motherhood dismantled the identity I had built and brought me to a profound reckoning: burned out, disoriented, and questioning everything.

What followed was a deep unraveling. My marriage ended, and much of what was no longer authentic in my life fell away. As painful as it was, this became an initiation—an invitation to meet myself more honestly, uncover deeply rooted conditioning and patterns, and learn how real transformation actually happens.

With a naturally curious and intellectual mind, I immersed myself in books, podcasts, courses, and sessions with many different coaches and healers. What I learned was profound: transformation doesn’t happen in the mind—it happens in the nervous system.

This realization led me toward energy work and somatic practices. Through simple yet powerful tools, I learned how to meet life’s challenges without collapsing into survival mode, regulate my nervous system, and reconnect with my heart and intuition. What began as a lifeline gradually became a calling—to support other women walking a similar path.

I recently moved from Germany to Portugal, expanded my capacity to hold space for my children, and began building a life that feels more aligned with my heart. This didn’t happen magically or overnight. It required courage, deep honesty, and a willingness to feel what I had been avoiding for decades—with compassion. This is how Fierce Love was born.

It is my invitation to women—especially mothers—to come together, to learn to feel comfortable in the uncomfortable, and to remember that transformation is always easier when we are held—together.
