Awareness is an important step in healing. And yet you may have noticed something frustrating: even when you understand a pattern, it doesn’t automatically change. In the moment, it still takes over. The emotions still flood your system.

That’s because most behavior isn’t run by the thinking mind. It’s run by your unconscious — your nervous system — the part of you shaped by early experiences and ancient survival wiring. When your body feels unsafe, insight alone can’t override it.

This work shifts the question: Not “why is this happening?”
But “where is this happening in my body?”

When we meet a trigger in the body instead of chasing the story, resistance softens. The body gives us a direct doorway into change.

Through simple somatic practices and heart-centered awareness, I guide you to transform emotional energy into clarity, intuition, and inspired action. You don’t need to understand how it works. Only to soften your grip on the old identity for a moment and listen to the deeper intelligence already living inside you.

I draw from different approaches depending on what you’re navigating. Heart-centered integration is especially supportive during moments of deeper emotional activation, when inner conflict feels intense. Somatic coaching through B3 is ideal for working through personal or professional challenges, clarifying decisions, or accessing creativity and forward movement.

By consciously working through the heart chakra, you move beyond inner judgment and into genuine self-acceptance. From this place, emotional charge releases, the nervous system settles, and deeper clarity emerges.

Somatic Coaching

I’m a certified Body-Based Breakthrough™ (B3) Somatic Practitioner.

This science-backed somatic method is a moving meditation that deepens the connection between mind and body, helping you access embodied wisdom and translate it into aligned action. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and journaling, clarity unfolds naturally. It’s a powerful alternative to traditional meditation, especially for those who find stillness challenging.

Private 1:1 Session

Sometimes you don’t need a plan. You need presence.

These sessions are for moments of anxiety, overwhelm, emotional flooding, or decision paralysis. We work with what is alive in your body now — not to analyze your story, but to help your system settle and regain clarity.

The intention is to help your system settle enough that you can return to neutrality, access your intuition, and take the next step from a grounded place.

Sessions are intuitive, and responsive to what is alive in you in that moment.

Format:

  • Online single session (1–1.5 hours)

Ongoing Support

Some seasons want steady companionship.

This space is for the phases when your nervous system feels activated, life feels uncertain, or you simply don’t want to navigate change alone. You have grounded, attuned support while you build the capacity to regulate, integrate, and move forward from your own embodied authority.

We work together consistently — but without long-term contracts. The intention is never dependence. You come as you need. We adjust as you grow.

Format:

  • 3 to 4 sessions per month

  • Online sessions (1–1.5 hours)

  • Ongoing support between sessions

  • No long-term commitment — continue month to month

  • No — men are welcome too. At the same time, my work intentionally centers women, especially mothers. Many women need a space where they can soften, feel safe, and grow in community with others who share similar experiences. That focus allows me to hold a container that feels sacred, supportive, and deeply understood.

  • No experience is needed. You don’t need to understand the theory or have a spiritual practice. We start exactly where you are. The work is guided in a simple, accessible way that meets your nervous system, not your performance.

  • No. This is somatic coaching and nervous system work, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It can complement therapy beautifully, but it is not a replacement for clinical care.

  • This work is trauma-informed. We don’t force re-experiencing or push you into too overwhelming memories. When difficult material arises, we approach it gradually, in small, titrated steps, always guided by what your nervous system can safely process. Building safety and capacity comes first. You remain in choice the entire time.

  • Most sessions are held online. I’m based in Portugal and work with clients internationally. If you live nearby, in-person sessions may be possible. If you don’t see availability that fits your time zone, you’re welcome to contact me directly — we can usually find a solution together.
